What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All loads vary on price,is not the same construction debris than general trash so there is always room for us to do discounts and no we don’t charge extra fees for extra steps

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we need to know what we are doing,maybe some pictures or a free estimate in person at no charge,then take it from there but mostly make sure the customer is happy with the quote provided and the end results,we always go the extra mile we don’t mind coming to your back yard or whatever the items are located we don’t always look for a pile ready to load in front or driveway

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College education and management experience for more than 10 years,how does Mananment relates to junk removal?well when you know things have to be done right without cutting conners,great customer service and know how to multitask really works for me using my experience here at junk removal

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I actually worked as a general manager at a company for about 21 years,it was time for me to use my customer service and abilities on my own company so I research junk removal for a while and made it happen,and is been great

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a job for another shed removal it was a 10x16 took us about 4 hours to demo clean and remove

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well first you have to make sure the cost and service is right because cost is got to be far for you and the pro but service should go hand to hand no cost is good or far without good service and no service is great without good cost

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of junk is it,yard debris,general trash,electronics,construction debris,metal etc all is a different price for sure
